Intro/ Poster for the Municipality of Bologna, commissioned to commemorate the victims of the bombing at Bologna railway.
Problem/ The challenge was to convey many profound concepts in a single visually strong and impactful image.
Process/ I began by compiling a list of the key concepts I wanted to convey and gave them a visual representation. The clock, the explosion, the exact time of the attack marked with red bars, and the initials of the victims’ names and surnames scattered beneath the clock. The selected font is a bold, linear, legible, and impactful typeface.
Result/ The result is a strong and intense project-touching and delicate yet extremely significant for my personal and professional growth.
